Beatrice von Bismarck
professor for art history, visual studies at the Academy of Arts (HGB), Leipzig, where in 2009 she initiated a Master's program "Cultures of the Curatorial". In her work she focuses on the curatorial, on the aesthetic, social and political implications of globalization for the cultural sphere and the functions of the postmodern image of the artist. Beatrice von Bismarck lives and works in Berlin and Leipzig.

Benjamin Meyer-Krahmer
visiting professor of image science and art history at the Institute of Theory at the Academy of Arts (HGB), Leipzig, and runs, together with Barbara Steiner, the Master's program "Cultures of the Curatorial". His research focuses on the epistemology of artistic curatorial practices. Benjamin Meyer-Krahmer lives and works in Berlin and Leipzig.
